Lucy Adams is a 'recovering HR Director'. Having held Board-level HR roles in major organizations, including the BBC, she is now on a mission to change outdated HR practices for good. She created Disruptive HR having grown frustrated with the lack of innovation and fresh thinking in the way people were being led and developed.
