I have to host or attend each of these functions, and bring a dessert dish, so this year I am focusing on Ice Cream Cakes. What do you have for me?"

Ice Cream Cakes are a favorite for just about any function. The big trick is keeping the cool enough that they don't melt before the cake gets carved and passed around to the party goers. There are hundreds of recipes for Ice Cream Cake and I have compiled a long list of my favorites for this recipe book. I have yet to make one of these and have it go to waste; everybody loves ice cream cake.

Oreo Ice Cream Cake, Upside Down Ice Cream Cake, Ice Cream Cake, Toffee - Ice Cream Cake, Val's Ice Cream Cake, Pound Cake & Ice Cream, Ice Cream Cake, Fudge Ice Cream Cake, Ice Cream Cone Cake, and Four Step Ice Cream Jell-O Cake, are some of my family's all-time favorites, especially during those hot summer days.
