Every child has a gift, but Francesca's is nothing ordinary for a 12-year-old. She wants to take action to change the living conditions of other children in the slums and her country. To do that, she will have to convince adults to do their job and take responsibility.

She does not want the hurtful part of history to be dismissed but addressed now when its impact still affects her community. She plans to become Kid President, the voice of the children without one.
