Brain drain is primarily due to environmental chemicals and viruses that impact both brain development in the young and neuron survival in the old. In this book essential nutrients as brain savers are identified that are scientifically based and tested antidotes to counteract brain drain in children and adults. Some of these brain savers also enhance the immune system making us more likely to be cured and survive pandemics such as COVID-19.
