There are times when we need a spiritual lift, someone to cheer us on, to cause us to laugh at problems standing in our path. To be able to smile at the negativity in the world gives a moment of reprieve to a troubled soul. The thrust behind these writings is to inspire and encourage. May we all become insanely inspired to live and laugh! I have been a pastor over 60 years. I retired twice to follow an agenda of speaking, missionary projects and writing. However the call to shepherd God's flock in a local church was strong...so here I am again, senior pastor of a wonderful congregation. Receiving a Master's degree in Bible and a Doctor's degree in pastoral counseling has equipped me to better serve and minister to people. I enjoy hiking mountain trails, camping and writing. My wife is truly my soul mate and encourager!
