Poetic musings come into our minds as we experience the world around us. Nature calls us to commune with her spirit and in doing that, we can find peace, if only for brief intervals, in our hearts and in our souls. If we look beyond the chaos, pain, and confusion that so often enters our lives, poetry can also offer an escape and a cathartic journey toward understanding ourselves, and perhaps we can take others on the journey with us.
