Dr. Joy T. Kunjappu, D.Sc., Ph.D., an Indian-American educator/consultant-scientist, lives in New York City. He served as a professor of chemistry, teaching in academic institutions in New York City (Columbia University, Yeshiva University, and Brooklyn College of the City University of New York). Author of three science books and more than 100 scientific and technical articles, he has published three poetry books in his mother tongue, Malayalam - an Indian language with deep classical roots, and four other books in English - "LINKS AND CONNECTIVITY: FROM BLOG TO BOOK" [ESSAYS], "A SOJOURNER'S RHAPSODIES IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER" [POEMS] & "PRONOUNCING SPATIO-TEMPORAL CATACLYSMS IN REVERSE ORDER" [POEMS] and "SEQUENCING INTRICATE TERRAINS IN RANDOM ORDER" [POEMS].
