Oyinlade, A. Olu: - A. Olu Oyinlade, PhD., is a Business Organizational Sociologist and Professor in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at the University of Nebraska, Omaha. He is also the President and Principal Consultant of Crown Business Consulting, LLC, in Omaha, which specializes in leadership development consulting. He has published many scientific research articles on organizational leadership, one of which is his created standards-based method of measuring leadership effectiveness called the Essential Behavioral Leadership Qualities (EBLQ) method. Since the EBLQ was published in Performance Improvement Quarterly (a leading academic journal for performance improvement) in 2008, it has been widely read across the world and used by many leadership scholars and consultants.
