Pridgen, Patsy: - Patsy Pridgen is a lifelong resident of Eastern North Carolina, where she has absorbed the culture and dialects of this distinct part of the state. Married to her high school sweetheart since the Carter administration, she is a mother of three and a grandmother of five.
