She is also a mompreneur with a full-time career in the financial technology industry spanning over 20 years working for Fortune 500 and startup firms. She currently is working as a Software Analyst. Marsha has also founded the Yva Jourdan Foundation a non-profit organization dedicated to helping families with special needs and has served as the Executive Director for over 8 years. Marsha holds a BS in Business, Management and Economics. She is a two time recipient of the State Assembly of New York's Women of Distinction Award for both her work with the Yva Jourdan Foundation and Women on the Rise NY, Inc. Marsha is dedicated to the theory that coaching is both a life tool and a business tool.
