This series was created to enhance dyslexia therapy or phonics instruction. It is not a curriculum. The Lola Kay series adds a little flavor, and laughter, to typical instruction! The main stories highlight a phonological concept, vocabulary words and even figurative language. The matching decodable readers offer an opportunity for children to become successful readers. They were specifically designed to match the new phonological concept.
