Practic, o subspecie a Interioarelor, mansardele se gasesc pe agenda noastra de lucru de ceva vreme (respectiv ani), dar abia acum am considerat ca am atins masa critica necesara publicarii in volum. Veti putea descoperi astfel 17 mansarde sau poduri utilizabile in chip de mansarde adapostind functiuni diferite, nu numai locuinte, ci si birouri sau spatii publice (restaurante) ba chiar si insusi sediul Ordinului Arhitectilor. Pentru puristi si tipi-cari, ar trebui sa spun ca mansardele din cartea noastra utilizeaza cu multa relaxare termenul tehnic, integrand in aceeasi acceptiune poduri inalte cu panta mare a acoperisului, spatii pe mai multe niveluri ce sfarsesc direct sub sarpanta, precum si poduri mai joase cu pante mici.
Being in fact a sub-species of Interiors, lofts have been on our agenda for quite a while (some years, to be more precise), but it is now that we have reached the critical mass which would prompt the publication of this volume. Thus, you will find seventeen lofts or attics to be used as lofts that shelter not only living quarters, but also offices, public spaces (restaurants) and even the headquarters of the Chamber of Architects. Both purists and prigs should know that the lofts from our book are not particularly interested in the technical term as such, since they embrace all tall lofts with a pitched roof, spaces ending right under the roof frame, and also lower lofts under lower pitched roofs.
