Michael Figueroa, aka "coach south Speed" is a boxing trainer dedicated to achieving life goals and keeping a positive outlook despite sometimes insurmountable odds. This philosophy has served him throughout his life and the worst of the Covid pandemic in New York City. We follow Michael through the initial shattering of his financial livelihood during the pandemic year as well as a great blow to his mental well being and state of Mind.
