My husband Jeff Loftus was just born good. Understood? Understood.

Exactly one week before my daughter's wedding, my beloved husband died unexpectedly. He was doing something he loved - mountain biking. He had just turned 60. Heartbroken and filled with grief, we resolutely knew what he would want us to do.

The wedding was ethereal. Angels graced us with their presence, and the carefully chosen words of our pastor set the tone:

Two weeks later, we celebrated Jeff's extraordinary legacy. Hundreds of friends and family gathered to pay their respects. For someone who liked to fly under the radar, he sure knew how to draw a crowd.
