Gray, Karlin: - Karlin Gray is not a soccer player or a sports star. But, like Mia Hamm, Karlin Gray grew up as a shy military "brat", moving every year or two, and found some great friends along the way. (And coincidentally, she graduated from the same high school as Mia!) Karlin is the author of the biographies Nadia: The Girl Who Couldn't Sit Still, Serena: The Littlest Sister, and Anne and Her Tower of Giraffes. Today she lives in Connecticut with her family.
