Christie, Lara: - Lara Christie is a dreamer, a reader, a writer, a traveller and a movie enthusiast. Married to an Irish chef, she loves eating out and can't get enough of sushi and ice cream. She is a fan of fantasy books, superheroes and good-looking, friendly vampires. Originally from the Philippines, she lived in New York and Boston before moving back to Ireland with her husband and two little princesses, who are her true inspirations. She insists that going on regular holidays is much needed if you want to be a successful stay-at-home, full-time mama.
