Each of us is born with the potential to be the best version of ourselves, which includes reaching big goals and dreams.

Unfortunately, potential alone does not guarantee these things will happen. Why? The answer is simple: LIFE. Life can present us with a variety of challenges that make it extremely difficult to move in the direction of our best selves. What's the big deal? It's twofold. Not living up to our true potential can affect our self-esteem and

overall quality of life. In addition, when we do not live our lives to the fullest, we deprive the world of the associated benefits.

The book is titled My Bottle of Olive Oil because when olives are pressed or crushed, they produce olive oil. This olive oil can be used for many things including healing, cooking, and cleaning. The lessons or olive oil, if you will, reflect the good that came from every situation in my life. I believe the wisdom and lessons will benefit others who are undoubtedly striving to live their best lives and experience all that life has to offer. My Bottle of Olive Oil is packed with 26 short messages, starting with a letter of the alphabet, and it includes a section where I share a related personal experience. Each message ends with a challenge or a question that allows you to reflect on the message.
