In the sweet town of Kohler, Wisconsin, Este becomes suspicious of her abusive husband's mysterious behavior and seeks help from her sister Danielle. Their marriage has always had ups and downs. Just like any other. But Dan wasn't just like any other guy. He had a strange love for true crime, a taste for picking something up and saying "this would make a great weapon." A memorable item was a screw driver, which he, as a handy man, used often. But that was okay, Este was okay. Until a few months ago when Dan's behaviour got even worse. But they had rough patches. Just like any other couple. It would have been just another failed marriage. Just another divorce in the world. But with a new girl in town that seemed awfully close to Dan, Este's assumptions could only be true. And when Este is suddenly nowhere to be seen the public falls into a silent panic. All but one person sets out to uncover the truth and avenge her. Is Dan really behind his wife's sudden disappearance? Taylor is ready to prove him guilty by any means. She is convinced that...
