Wyn, Aaron: - By 1930 Aaron Wyn was an associate editor at Magazine Publishers, Inc, which was owned by Warren A. Angel. Wyn worked under editor Harold Hersey on such pulp magazines as Sky Birds and Spy Stories. In 1931 he was an editor, and by 1932 he had become the publisher of Magazine Publishers, which became Ace Publications in 1938. In 1940 the publisher produced comics as Ace Comics, Inc. The most popular titles were Super-Mystery Comics, Four Favorites, Crime Must Pay the Penalty, and Baffling Mysteries. Artists who contributed to these publications include Jim Mooney, Leo Morey, Jack Alderman, George H. Wilson, Warren Kremer, and Fred Guardineer.
