Oh, The Day That You Were Born!

Oh, The Day That You Were Born! - Bell Belinda

Oh, The Day That You Were Born!

Belinda grew up in Chicago, Illinois with four brothers. She enjoyed reading, writing, playing games, and cooking with her mom. Belinda and her husband Charles raised four daughters; three of which were born within thirty-nine months Belinda enjoyed writing growing up but the desire to write grew as she began raising her own children. Her first writings were to encourage her daughters to read and during this time she wrote this short story. Belinda wrote this book out of a desire to express the love she had for her own children and the love her friends and families articulated; as well.
Oh the Day that You Were Born is about your child, born in its own unique season at a specific time on a particular day. The day will forever be linked to the baby as the day everything changed This day will never again be called 'ordinary' because a new creature was born. The birth of a child is not only the event that brings a new life into the world but one that recognizes the miracle that is your baby The lives of parents and caregivers are filled with the wonder of children even in the midst of changing diapers and burping babies. My desire is for each person reading the book to take a step back and enjoy the treasure that is your child born on this amazing day I wish the book to bring many calming moments in the sometimes hectic and changing times following the birth and that the love between your child and you grows more and more each passing day
