In addition to her extensive creative experience, she is SWaM (Small, Woman, and Minority-Owned) Certified and has used her expertise to drive value and representation in both the public and private markets. Crystal has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Virginia Commonwealth University and is currently the President and Founder of Liona Design Co. based in Richmond, VA, USA.
