In a post-apocalyptic Africa, the world has changed in many ways, yet in one region genocide between tribes still bloodies the land. It doesn't take long for Onye to understand that she is physically and socially marked by the circumstances of her conception. Su destino m gico y su naturaleza rebelde la llevan a un viaje en el que se enfrentar con la naturaleza, la tradici n, la historia, el amor verdadero, los misterios de su cultura y la raz n por la cual recibi su aterrador y poderoso nombre.
