While scrambling to get to work, Korean-Russian lawyer Jeong Leewon collides with a blond-haired, gray-eyed man who cautions him about the harshness of Russian winters. Leewon thinks nothing of their encounter until he meets the same man again while working a case. The blond turns out to be Ceasar Sergeyev, the next head of the Sergeyev mafia group. Working as a civil rights lawyer, Leewon feels certain the mob is manipulating a city councilor into shortchanging his client.
