Hernandez, Skye: - Skye Hernandez is a writer and editor based in Trinidad and Tobago. She was a journalist for many years with the country's major media houses and is currently an editor for Global Voices (globalvoices.org). She is a former editor of Caribbean Beat inflight magazine and MACO Caribbean Living magazine. In addition to her work for Rough Guides, she has also written several destination guides, including Barbados (Hotspots) for Thomas Cook Publishing and travel guides to various other Caribbean countries, including the Dominican Republic.
