After surviving a suicide attempt at only 15 years old, it took years before Ally realized that while quitting is always an option, it wasn't the right one for her. In this, her first book, Ally shares the intimate, uncomfortable, and at times hilarious truth about what it means to struggle with depression and darkness, survive a nearly fatal suicide attempt, and make the decision to create something runderful, something powerful, something worth living for in a life she'd initially wanted nothing more than to end, all while training for (and dominating) Spartan races, marathons, coaching other runners to achieve their own PR's, running a successful business, and raising 2 children of her own.
