Jessica Fong is a Latina and native Spanish speaker who is deeply rooted in the environmental education community of Chicago as well as nationally. Jessica formerly worked at Velma Thomas Early Childhood Center CPS in McKinley Park. Today Jessica is the Director of Education at Openlands. Jessica also holds two masters degrees, Early Childhood Education from DePaul University and Dual Language and Teacher Leadership from Roosevelt University.
