Even when we do attain our goals, it is nearly impossible to sustain the emotional highs of those achievements. In this book, I carefully dissect the issue of sexual strongholds, which are specific negative mindsets that can affect every adult. They are comprised of unwanted thoughts, feelings, behaviors, compulsive habits, obsessions, and experiences. These strongholds take root from one's sexual past and influence the direction of a person's life.
