Dharmabandu, Ayesha: - Ayesha Dharmabandu is a Melbourne based artist and Visual Arts teacher. She graduated with a Bachelor of Education in Creativity and the Arts; majoring in Fine Arts, Performing Arts and sub-majoring in Literature. Ayesha is an emerging and expressive abstract artist. She has displayed her work in a number of exhibitions and is continuing to expand her artistic career. She often experiments with acrylic paints, printing, watercolour paints, graphite, ink, and gold leaf to create her works of art. Ayesha has always been inquisitive and creative, and sees art as a form of healing; a means to connect with her spirituality. Art has given her purpose. Ayesha was honoured to be asked to illustrate Maree's book, 'Shades of Being', and it has only strengthened the divine connection and bond they have. Follow her on Instagram @arty_aye
