Thus the name of her new book: "Sharon Nesbit's Outlook: Sunny with Occasional Tirades." Nesbit, who this year won the Best Local Column award for 2010 in her newspaper's division of the Oregon Newspaper Publishers Association, is author of selected columns from The Outlook, a twice weekly newspaper in Gresham, Oregon.
