This book is designed to help pay the costs of a person who is disabled with blindness or a disability under the Social Security Act, where a person has a disability on file with the IRS (look for further clarification in the coming months). Contributions are not tax-deductible, but withdrawals to pay qualified expenses are tax-free much like Disability payments.
