The book was written to share one mother's experience having a child during the global pandemic.

From delivery logistics to bringing a new baby home, no one could have imagined what pandemic-era parents and their newborns would have to endure.

From socially distant visits outdoors or through windows, to meeting grandparents on computers or experiencing important life events on Zoom, each new step brought new challenges.

While the book touches upon difficulties, it ultimately aims to focus on the light at the end of the tunnel - including all of the wonderful moments parents can look forward to with their little bundles of joy.
