This first edition is an amalgamation of many years of self-reflection, discovery and then personal renovation. Most importantly, during my journey on this planet, it has been the numerous human encounters, both pleasurable and painful, that enabled and influenced my thinking. I am truly blessed, in hindsight, that those harsh instances reshaped the way I now view my world.

The adages with drawings, offer a simplified way to solve some of lifes most complex and impactful daily challenges. These writings will strike a cord of familiarity about encounters and issues that often baffle and confuse us.
