ABOUT THE AUTHOR The author, Gottfried J. Gutsche has an education in Control Engineering, Cybernetics and Electrical Engineering applying to the automatic control of electrical motors for inertial mass manipulation in high speed factory automation. In particular, he studied automatic machine inertial mass motion control loop stability analysis in view of the 1960ties.
