The book, The Christian Life, is a simplified Adult Catechism aimed at helping Adults who are preparing to embrace the Christian faith in Catholic Church. It begins by tracing the history of salvation wrought by Jesus Christ and the life he gives believers. The author believes that very few know what the Christian Life is all about. Who is to blame for this disconnect? The author discusses how the true concept of Christianity has been misunderstood. There are some misconceptions by which the term "Christian" is used today that are not at all consistent with what it means to be Christlike. It is a life that is not ordinary, a life that calls for perspective change: love those who hate you (Lk 6:27), turn the other cheek (Mt 5:39), rejoice in your suffering, and "blessed" are the poor and the persecuted (Mt 5:3).
