Brad is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, and a U.S.A. Olympic weightlifting coach. He has a varied client base that includes collegiate Division I athletes, competitive powerlifters, as well as everyday athletes. His training philosophy is proper movement before pounds and to that end, he guides individuals through practical programs that produce results and help people move better. Brad has published articles on several of the most popular sites in the field of strength and conditioning.
