Tulio the scientist paddles deep into the Amazon jungle in search of great discoveries. But what he stumbles upon is even more fantastic than he could ever imagine. But how do you prove you saw something amazing these days without the help of a camera or smartphone?

The Feather Necklace is inspired by Peru's Western Amazonia and the people who live there. It is home to hundreds of species, especially birds most people have never heard of. On the surface, the story illustrates the wonder and mystery of the rainforest. More subtly, it displays how important indigenous researchers are to the well-being of Earth's most diverse ecosystems.
