She is the author of Va Va Voom: The 10-Day Energy Diet and The Right Bite: Smart Food Choices for Eating on the Go and the host of The Happy Menopause podcast. She is a regular contributor to the Mail on Sunday and has featured as a guest expert on Channel 4's Superfoods. Jackie is also the Chair of the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition and winner of the 2018 Alternative Medicine & Holistic Health Award for Best Nutrition Clinics & Workshops.
