Resch, Elyse: - Elyse Resch, MS, RDN, is a nutrition therapist in private practice in Beverly Hills, CA; with over thirty-nine years of experience specializing in Intuitive Eating, eating disorders, and Health at Every Size. She is author of The Intuitive Eating Workbook for Teens and The Intuitive Eating Journal; and is coauthor of Intuitive Eating, now in its fourth edition, and The Intuitive Eating Workbook. She is also a chapter contributor to Handbook of Positive Body Image and Embodiment, and has published several journal articles, print articles, and blog posts. She conducts regular speaking engagements, podcasts, and extensive media interviews. Resch is nationally known for her work in helping patients break free from diet culture through the Intuitive Eating process.
