Ilker Cingillioglu is a lecturer, author and a passionate creator of novel ideas concerning some of the major career and leadership challenges of our modern era. Before he embarked on his mission to revolutionize the way people hunt and land jobs, as a seasoned consultant and a recognized Senior Manager in Australia by the Australian Institute of Management (AIM), he created unique concepts and models such as the 5Cs of Successful Organizations, the 7 Rules of Effective Leadership, the Management Skills Matrix, the ROI and Effort Matrix, the Motivation Matrix, the Traditional Leadership Styles Matrix and an adjusted version of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Pyramid. Since 2011, he has authored seven managerial and educational self-development books all available on Amazon: "Principles of the 21st Century Leadership," "International Logistics," "E-lecturing in Virtual Learning Environments," "International Business Essentials," "Management Essentials," "Operations Management," and "College Mathematics." He also delivered speeches as a keynote speaker at many international conferences including TEDx and Diplomats International. Since 2014, he has been lecturing and researching as the Head of Banking and Finance Department at Girne American University.
