Dr. Noel Reed Jr. is now a public-school campus administrator, educational consultant, financial literacy coach, and a former assistant on a state championship-winning high school basketball team. Dr. Reed most recently graduated with his Doctor of Education degree in Transformational Leadership from the Concordia University System. While at Concordia, he published a dissertation which inspired him to write this book about transformational coaching.
