Penny is very excited to go to her school fair, until she finds out that Uncle Reggie is coming too. Uncle Reggie is different, and Penny is nervous about how her friends might react when they meet him. Penny soon realizes that Uncle Reggie is special in more ways than she'd thought, and her friends are eager to meet and include him.
