Yulia Niaguseva has completed many courses in Mind, Body, Spirit subjects. Her journey into the transformative realm of vision boards started in 2020, marking an important period of change as she delved into the exploration of her conscious and subconscious mind. An annual tradition of crafting a vision board during the Chinese New Year became a ritual for Yulia, where she translates her aspirations into visual representations.

Yulia is the author and creator of four popular decks of metaphoric cards, comprising The Answer is Within, Inner Resources, Fairy Tales, and My Feelings. She is also the publisher of The Gratitude Journal.
She lives in Auckland, New Zealand with her husband and daughter.
