Life can be so exciting, or scary, and how we choose to respond to life starts with our thoughts. We CAN choose to think differently in any given moment. In fact, the only thing over which we always have complete and total control in any given moment IS our thoughts. We have the power to change how we feel, and that starts with changing our thoughts.
Through a series of scenarios, children, parents, and educators learn about the power of choice, how to understand and navigate their emotions & feelings, and how to create magical transformation in their lives The examples are basic, but embody the essence of even the most complex decisions faced by any adult.
The goal of each illustrated scenario is to show children and adults alike how shifting your mindset and outlook can result in complete transformation. A choice in how they think and how they feel leads to this transformation. And so, a person who is transformed can positively influence everyone and everything around them because we are all connected.
Each scenario is infused with the brave thinking principles and tools Julie learned through her years of research into the best practices for creating positive transformation and her studies with the Mary Morrissey Brave Thinking Institute.
