Mini July update: I'm touched by how people are responding to this little project - thank you. It was just meant to be a fun present thing, but I find myself a bit moved to see readers getting a kick out of it. It's been the nicest surprise.

What won't you get? This isn't for professional chefs. If you want to use sphericators and candy floss machines, you're in the wrong place. There aren't fancy pictures either.
