Grigore, Robert a.: - About the Author: Robert A. Grigore, MCP, RCC is a Registered Clinical Counsellor specializing in trauma therapy. He is also an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist. Having discovered the real truth that "trauma" occurs far more frequently than he ever knew, Robert was able to finally put his childhood experiences into context. Armed with the realization that trauma is everywhere, and everyone is traumatized, Robert has devoted his professional life to healing others--even if they didn't know that they were actually traumatized! Robert's mission is to not only treat his clients with EMDR, but to help bring this powerful form of treatment to millions around the world. Robert received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and later completed his Master of Counselling Psychology degree from Adler University in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He owns and operates a downtown private practice where he uses EMDR to treat both individuals and couples. Robert's services are available in-person and online (in select cases).
